Skills
Outrage Shiryu’s damage changes depending on the amount of energy your team and the enemy team has. His damage increases when the opponent gains energy, and decreases when your team gains energy (either via skills or Cosmo). This ability is exceptionally strong against certain lineups.
Dragon's Wrath
Outrage Shiryu’s primary passive skill. When the enemy gains energy, it increases the attack damage of Shiryu’s ultimate. There is a chance to reduce the damage when his team gains energy.
